With a blowout, a professional stylist will first wash your hair with shampoo, dry it out, and then style it. For an extra fee, you can add on hot tools, which include services such as curling your hair or straightening your hair to the service. Some salons charge a little more for hair blow drying services if you have especially thick, curly, or long hair. 

#2 Deep Conditioning + Blowout

Just because it is called a blow out shop or hair drying shop doesn't mean that you have to get your hair dried. You can come in and just get a nice and refreshing shampoo performed by a professional.

Shampoo only treatments are great for hot summer days when you want to let your hair dry. Shampoo only treatments are also great for individuals who have really short hair.

#4 Finishing Touches

If you have already washed and dried your hair, but need a little help with styling, head to the salon for some finishing touches. Finishing touches are different than a full up-do. A full up-do is like when you have your hair done for prom or a wedding. Finishing touches is when you just need a little styling assistance for your everyday look.

#5 Wash, Dry, & Special Up-Do

If you have a special event coming up, and want to look and feel your best, you can book a wash, dry, and an up-do all at once. This type of service can take a while, so make sure that you book off at least two hours for this service. If you have really thick or long hair, you may want to add an extra half hour onto the time. It can take longer to wash, dry, and style longer and thicker hair.

#6 Hair Styling

If you want to just have your hair styled, blow out hair shops can take care of that need for you too. Just come with hair that has been shampooed one day before your appointment, and let your hair stylist know what type of look you are going for. They can style your hair into an up-do for a special event or occasion, or just give you a nice style that can last you for the next few days.
